Y2-Hd/a valves are a type of pneumatic or hydraulic control valve commonly used in industrial fluid systems. They typically
feature a two-position (Y2) actuation mechanism with hydraulic (Hd) or pneumatic (a) operation, designed for precise flow control,
directional switching, or pressure regulation. These valves are known for their durability, fast response, and compatibility with
high-pressure systems.

The Y2 type relief valve adopts a balanced cone valve structure, and the pressure adjustment is manual. It works reliably and has stable performance. And it has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, convenient maintenance, high pressure and low noise. In a hydraulic system, the relief valve is an indispensable and important component. Its main function is to maintain the pressure of the hydraulic system nearly constant or prevent the system pressure from being overloaded, and it serves as a safety valve.

The Y2 type relief valve can operate normally under a pressure of less than 31.5 mpa. Ambient temperature: -20ºC to +65ºC : Working medium: 20 # or 30 # hydraulic oil, normal oil temperature: 50ºC±5ºC, filtration accuracy must not be lower than 30 microns.
Rotating the pressure regulating handwheel can change the set pressure of the valve. When rotating to the right, the pressure increases; when rotating to the left, the pressure decreases. When used for remote control of high and low pressure multi-level control or unloading, the M18×1.5 screw plug of the remote control port can be unscrewed and connected to the control oil circuit.
