A valve manifold, often referred to as a valve group or valve block, is an assembly of multiple valves integrated into a single unit. It is a critical component in hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid control systems, designed to regulate, direct, or control the flow of fluids (liquids or gases) within a system. Valve manifolds are widely used in industrial, automotive, and aerospace applications due to their compact design and efficient functionality.
Valves: The primary components of the manifold, which can include directional control valves, pressure control valves, flow control valves, or check valves. These valves control the flow, pressure, and direction of the fluid.
Manifold Block: A solid block, typically made of metal (such as aluminum, steel, or stainless steel) or composite materials. It contains internal passages (channels) that connect the valves and allow fluid to flow between them.
Ports:Inlet and outlet ports that connect the manifold to external components, such as pumps, actuators, or tanks; These ports are often threaded or flanged for secure connections.
Actuators: Devices (electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic) used to operate the valves automatically or manually.
Seals and Gaskets: Ensure leak-free connections between the valves, manifold block, and external components.
Mounting Interface: Allows the valve manifold to be securely installed in a system or machine.
Hydraulic Valve Manifolds:Used in hydraulic systems to control the flow of hydraulic fluid to actuators, cylinders, or motors. Common in heavy machinery, construction equipment, and industrial automation.
Pneumatic Valve Manifolds: Designed for compressed air systems, often used in manufacturing, robotics, and automation.
Integrated Valve Manifolds: Combine multiple valves and functions into a single compact unit, reducing the need for external piping and connections.
Modular Valve Manifolds: Allow customization by adding or removing valves as needed, providing flexibility for different applications.
The valve manifold operates by directing fluid flow through its internal passages. The valves within the manifold can be actuated to open, close, or redirect flow, enabling precise control over the system. For example:
In a hydraulic system, a valve manifold can control the movement of a hydraulic cylinder by directing pressurized fluid to either side of the piston.
In a pneumatic system, it can control the operation of air-driven tools or actuators.
Compact Design: Reduces the overall size of the system by integrating multiple valves into a single block.
Reduced Leakage: Fewer external connections and fittings minimize the risk of leaks.
Ease of Installation: Simplified assembly and installation compared to systems with individual valves and piping.
Improved Efficiency: Optimized fluid flow paths reduce pressure drops and energy losses.
Customizability: Can be tailored to specific applications by selecting the appropriate valves and configurations.
Industrial Automation: Used in machinery for controlling hydraulic or pneumatic actuators.
Mobile Equipment: Found in construction vehicles, agricultural machinery, and material handling equipment.
Aerospace: Used in aircraft hydraulic systems for landing gear, brakes, and flight control.
Oil and Gas: Employed in control systems for pipelines, drilling rigs, and refineries.
Manufacturing: Integral to assembly lines, robotics, and process control systems.
1.We have a professional quality control department, every step from raw materials to finished products is in the same factory, and every procedure will be tested by professional inspectors.
2.Each spare part will be measured and cleaned prior to assembly of the hydraulic cylinder. After the hydraulic cylinder is assembled, the pressure test will be carried out one by one. During the nearly one-hour test, we ensured that the test pressure was 30%-50% higher than the rated pressure. Each hydraulic cylinder must be tested without any leakage.

We have a wide range of advanced manufacturing equipment, including
1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are Hydraulic & Pneumatic equipment manufacturer based in Wuhan, China. We are a subsidiary of Wuhan Hongda Hydraulic Co., Ltd., established in 2024. As an important member of Hongda, Feiyang Technology is dedicated to promoting the development of Hongda Hydraulic in overseas markets through innovative technology, high-quality products, and excellent services.
Q: 2. Do you accept OEM? What is your minimum order quantity? Do you have OEM experience?
A: We accept OEM for every product that we produce, there is no MOQ for any of our product if you wanted a OEM, We've been doing OEM ever since the year we established our factory, which is 1999. We have a mature technical team ready to discuss your unique requirements with you.
Q: 3.ls your delivery always on time?
A: We can't promise about the freight but what we can do is shortening our lead time while keep the same quality level. Therefore, it will not be any problem even if the sea freight delay for a couple days.
Q: 4. Why don't you have CE certification?
A: CE certification is for one product, not the whole factory, and we have way too many product lines to registered CE for, but our customers from Europe said it's easy to solve the CE problem. And we are working on the CE certifications registration process, in order to save our customers' time in the future. By the way, there are many products with fake CE Certification on the market, please be aware with that to avoid unnecessary problems.
Q: 5. How do l start to order?
A: First, talk to our sales about your machine model, working conditions, technical requirements, deadlines. Then, our sales will provide the details you need. All inquiry will be responded within 24 Hours.
Q: 6. Can you tell me the latest situation of order production process?
A: Of course, unlike others who might hide their production process, our production process is totally open for our customers. Feel free to inform our sales about your needs.
