(1) Construction machinery cylinders are used in: loaders, excavators, forklifts, bulldozers, dump trucks, road rollers, cranes, pump trucks, garbage trucks, garbage compacting machines and Marine hydraulic cylinders.
(2) Metallurgical machinery cylinders are used for: reducer, tile press, etc.
(3) Mining machinery cylinder: crusher, coal cutter shield machine, tunnel boring machine, gate, etc.

Inspection and Testing

1 We have a professional quality control department, every step from raw materials to finished products is in the same factory, and every procedure will be tested by professional inspectors.

2 Each spare part will be measured and cleaned prior to assembly of the hydraulic cylinder. After the hydraulic cylinder is assembled, the pressure test will be carried out one by one. During the nearly one-hour test, we ensured that the test pressure was 30%-50% higher than the rated pressure. Each hydraulic cylinder must be tested without any leakage.

Q:    2. Do you accept OEM? What is your minimum order quantity? Do you have OEM experience?

A:    We accept OEM for every product that we produce, there is no MOQ for any of our product if you wanted a OEM, We've been doing OEM ever since the year we established our factory, which is 1999. We have a mature technical team ready to discuss your unique requirements with you.

 

Q:    3.ls your delivery always on time?

A:    We can't promise about the freight but what we can do is shortening our lead time while keep the same quality level. Therefore, it will not be any problem even if the sea freight delay for a couple days.

 

Q:    4. Why don't you have CE certification?

A:  CE certification is for one product, not the whole factory, and we have way too many product lines to registered CE for, but our customers from Europe said it's easy to solve the CE problem. And we are working on the CE certifications registration process, in order to save our customers' time in the future. By the way, there are many products with fake CE Certification on the market, please be aware with that to avoid unnecessary problems.
